Et par af vores kolleger går på deltid grundet studier, derfor søger vi en ny kollega til at indgå i vores AfterSales Technical Support Team på fuld tid, med opstart snarest muligt.
Du har allerede forståelse for hvad en god kundeoplevelse er, og kan fejlsøge med kunden i telefonen, og samtidigt oversætte tekniske udtryk til almindeligt dansk, som alle kan forstå.
Du vil indgå i et friskt team bestående af 10 supportere, fordelt på alle aldre og begge køn. Arbejdspladsen er på vores adresse i Rødovre, arbejdstiden er 8:00-16:00, fredage 8:00-15:30.
